Course Description

Whatever your organisation does, it is likely to need a communications, engagement or marketing strategy to help ensure the right people know about services or other opportunities. This strategy should come from the heart of your organisation – reflecting its values. It also has to be practical and usable by different people – you, colleagues, volunteers with different skills and experience.

  • An understanding of what a communications strategy will do for their organisation
  • Clarity around the potential for this within their own organisation and how it will link to other activities such as business planning
  • An outline strategy for their own event, programe, project
  • Practical ways to independently develop and update the strategy
