This event was held at the Kenn Centre, Exeter and attracted over 50 delegates. The events main aims were to highlight the issues and opportunities for Devon affordable rural housing. Housing development is usually expensive and contentious in rural areas, which combined with funding restrictions, Right to Buy and rent reductions is making providing the affordable housing that rural communities need increasingly challenging.
