KISS (Keep is short and simple) is a new series of micro courses created by Community Interest Company, Clarity Solutions for the voluntary and community sector.

Jacqui Wolstenholme, has worked for the not for profit sector for over 20 years and is experienced in supporting charities, voluntary groups and social enterprises from start-ups to longstanding organisations.

“Because the courses are ‘short and sweet’ (all workshops are 2 hours long) they cost less and can be fitted into an early morning slot, an extended lunch time, late afternoon or early evening, offering practical and relevant training without taking up the whole day.

Jaqui, Clarity CIC

With a special interest in rural Devon, the community council for Devon, are offering two options; 1) come to our training facility at the Matford Business Park where you can network outside your area with people from other organisations or 2) if travel and time are a restraint, we have made special arrangements with the training provider to bring courses to you. Free places are available to hosts who can provide a venue in their locality.

Head of Business Operations at Devon Communities Together is delighted with this new initiative saying,

“this is just what we need at the Training Hub, specialised courses tailored to our audiences that are small, highly targeted and provide a solid understanding of the subject area – delegates can leave after just 2 hours with new specific skills.
