Networking & Training for Women Starting and running your own business can be a lonely and demanding challenge for many of Devon’s enterprising women living in rural areas around the county. With around 60% of small businesses failing within their first year, finding good advice and support can be crucial to their success. Help is at hand with the Women Led Enterprise programme, from Devon Communities Together. This project enables networks of like-minded rural business women to connect, learn and share their experiences.Register your place here.In 2014, around 100 women benefited from attending WLE Appetizer roadshows and second course workshops. We are now offering the chance for more enterprising women to connect with each other and learn new skills that will propel their businesses to the next level."I started my business because I wanted more flexibility around family commitment and wanted to do something rewarding.
