Description

Malborough Village Hall was built in 1975, following extensive fundraising by the local community. The Main Hall is used four times a year for theatre productions and pantomimes put on by two local amateur dramatic societies. Our village primary school uses the Hall on a weekly basis for PE and Dancing as well as holding their Forest School sessions in our community Wood.
The Hall is situated on land owned by Malborough Village Hall & Playing Fields Association on which there are also Playing Fields, Tennis Courts, Children’s Play Area, Skateboard Park and Outdoor Adult Gym Equipment. All of these facilities are managed by the Association on behalf of the Parish of Malborough.
There has been a considerable amount of upgrading the building in recent years including a new roof, refurbishment of the Ladies, Disabled and Gents Toilets, new Fire Exits and re-organisation of the Annexe former Shower Room to provide a new Cloakroom, dedicated Cleaner’s Cupboard and Parish Room.

Hall availability is always open to negotiation. Please do not assume this hall cannot be used on days where activities are indicated on the Calendar to be found on the Village website – www.malboroughvillage.org.uk

Hire Charges

Hire Charges will be confirmed by the Booking Officer and can be found in a brochure in the Entrance Hall of the Main Hall or on the Village Website – www.malboroughvillage.org.uk. These charges are updated on an annual basis.
