Do you have the energy and enthusiasm to work together with Devon’s people and communities? You will deliver a portfolio of projects, including frontline work with communities. We are currently recruiting for a number of rural community – based Community Development Officers to work on a new Department of Transport funded programme “Tackling Loneliness with Transport”.

Our Community Development Officers are adaptable and innovative, with a ‘can do’ attitude. You will need to be:
- passionate about asset- based community development
- experienced in place-based community engagement
- brilliant at communicating, facilitating meetings & training events
- a great organiser and self-starter
- a capable IT user
You will play a key role in supporting us to deliver our vision of dynamic communities shaping their own futures.
