The course content includes theory and practice. Personal Development working with Groups.

Gain an understanding of counseling skills and active listening Building on the knowledge of the Theory of Counselling

How to put into practice the skills learnt and connect to the theory. An understanding of the importance of personal development and group dynamics. Personal development and counseling practice. Further knowledge of counseling practice based on Mental Health awareness and an understanding of the tools required.

Outcome; To understand the benefit of counseling skills in practice and connect to theory with knowledge of Mental Health and the tools required within counseling skills.
