This event will explore a range of Community Led Housing models with a particular focus on Community Land Trusts. Central Government awarded over £20 million to rural Local Authorities in the South West to support Community Led affordable housing projects. Further money is available nationally to broaden the use of these approaches. This event will discuss the issues around Community Led Housing and highlight the benefits of Community Land Trusts and other models in bringing affordable housing forward.
