Geraldine Addo

Geraldine is currently on maternity leave from DCT.

Geraldine is passionate about humanitarian work and making positive impact. She holds a Master of Social Sciences (MSc) in Development and International Relations, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography and Rural development.

Her passion for humanitarian work is glaringly evident in her engagement and commitment to  numerous developmental projects in the charity sector. She has vast experience both locally and internationally in non-formal learning facilitation, project management, training, innovation, activism, community development, youth work, and multicultural communication and interrelation.

Prior to joining the Devon Communities Together team, she spearheaded several development projects in Ghana and across Europe, specifically Denmark, UK, and Moldova. As part of her project management work ActionAid, she led the development and implementation of an innovation project on artistic activism that led to the creation of a movement of activists across West Africa known as the West African Creative Action Team.

Coming together is a beginning, staying together is progress, and working together is success. Geraldine believes in Devon Communities Together’s vision towards dynamic communities shaping their own futures. And brings to the DCT family, a lot of youthful exuberance and positive drive to keep effecting positive change.
