At last! Finance training for people who dislike finance.
What will the training include?
This workshop will dive deeply into what’s involved in writing a simple budget for a project or a small voluntary organisation, community group or social enterprise.
We will also create a simple cashflow forecast to see how money flows in (and out!) of the organisation’s bank account.
Participants will leave this workshop with budget and cashflow forecast templates and an understanding of how to use them for the benefit of their own organisation.
