Large stage size 10.9m x 4.8m with changing roms and toilets off.
Disabled access and toilets and level car park to take 40 cars plus further adjacent roadside parking.

Two further letting rooms.
JOHN BROMELL ROOM : size 10.0m x 5.1m will seat 40 people with own kitchenette.
COMMITTEE ROOM: size 28m x 27m with waiting room off, size 3.7m x 4.6m (can be used as separate meeting room) with toilets off.

The following Room Hire Charges apply to Tedburn St Mary Village Hall as from 1st September 2024.
Our charges are per session or per hour, whichever is the cheaper for the hirer for each booking.
Our sessions are:
Morning: 09.00 – 13.00
Afternoon: 13.00 – 18.00
Evening: 18.00 – Midnight
Main Hall - per session £25 (Parish “Not for profit” organisations, and Parish residents) £50 (Hirers from outside the Parish, and all commercial hirers)
Main Hall - hourly rate £12 (Parish “Not for profit” organisations, and Parish residents) £24 (Hirers from outside the Parish, and all commercial hirers)
John Bromell Room - per session £20 (Parish “Not for profit” organisations, and Parish residents) £40 (Hirers from outside the Parish, and all commercial hirers)
John Bromell Room – hourly rate £10 (Parish “Not for profit” organisations, and Parish residents) £20 Hirers from outside the Parish, and all commercial hirers)

Notes:
1. Regular users are entitled to a 10% discount on all hire charges if they make 10 or more bookings
in any 12-month period.
2. Hire charges include the use of all facilities and utilities.
3. The Village Hall’s Standard Conditions of Hire apply to all bookings.
4. Charges are subject to review and the Hall Management Committee reserves the rights to vary
charges at their discretion.
