Enterprise Coaching Start Up & Small Business Workshop: Balanced Horizon Canvas
The theme: How to create targets for starting your own business that create balance in your personal & work life – Balanced Horizon Canvas
During this ERDF funded workshop as part of New Start Devon Enterprise Coaching programme you will create a 2-year Balanced Horizon Canvas for yourself, which visually plots 12 themes that cover your personal and work life, applying a measure to each, and then projecting each of them out along a 2-year timeline.
eligibility to attend course
Eligibility is to people that are Devon based start up or early stage in their enterprise or, located in towns and rural areas (non city based).

Subject to eligibility these workshops provide onwards access to fully funded to 1:1 enterprise coaching for upto 8 weeks following the workshop.
ABOUT YOUR TUTOR
Matthew is a Professional Certified Coach ICF (PCC) - with 25 years of commercial experience to bring to a coaching conversation, he coaches with a big heart, providing a safe place for clients to discover their own power and resourcefulness.
Matthew has a wealth of experience and enjoys helping businesses get going and scale up, and how to identify and solve important problems in new ways. Matthew’s previous work at Oxford Innovation was focussed on working with SMEs across the South West facing innovation led challenges. Matthew’s 25 years’ experience is in a range of entrepreneurial and commercial roles, and he has owned and run a number of businesses in Devon from start-up to £1m turnover.
