  • It's hard work starting and running a VCSE organisation! Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed and wish self-care could be more of a priority?
  • Understanding how to integrate wellbeing improvements into your role could impact on your sense of personal wellbeing as well as introducing balance to your professional life

You will leave this bitesized session feeling inspired to introduce new ways of self-care and wellbeing improvements into your organisation.

What will the training include?

During this session, we will be exploring how you can look after your wellbeing in your role, with guest speaker, Victoria Grimberg.

Our wellbeing can often take a back seat at work and in our lives. Whether you feel overwhelmed, stressed, burnt out, lacking in purpose, disconnected or simply know you would benefit from prioritising your wellbeing, this workshop is for you.

Topics covered will include;

  • Taking breaks
  • Building resilient relationships
  • Managing your energy
  • Five Ways to Wellbeing:
  1. Connect
  2. Be active
  3. Take Notice
  4. Learn New Skills
  5. Give

Victoria's session will be followed by Fika (A Swedish tradition of sharing coffee, cake and conversation!) for a chance to network and share with the group.

If you would like a certain question or theme to be raised, please state this when signing up via Eventbrite when prompted.

Depending on the amount of requests, we will choose a selection to focus on.

We are running these sessions to provide space for the sector to share its collective expertise, to network and for participants to return to their organisation with something helpful.
