The course will give participants the knowledge and confidence to identify who is entitled to ESA/UC on the grounds of limited capability for work.   • Universal Credit is due to be rolled out in Devon in 2018. It will replace six separate benefits with one single monthly payment and will affect many people on low incomes, whether unemployed or in work, including more than a quarter of all families.

    This course is for those that want better understanding of the impact of the roll out. It will help participants prepare for the implementation and identify ways of supporting people who will need to claim the new benefit. BOOK HERE
