Description

A charming and well-equipped Hall which can accommodate 80 people set in the beautiful village of South Pool at the head of a creek on the Kingsbridge/Salcombe estuary.

South Pool Church and Village Hall started life as a stable block in 1824, then in 1932 the Church gave it to the village of South Pool to use as a Village Hall. It underwent substantial extension and refurbishment in the late 1990's and has been continually improved and upgraded ever since.

It now has one large room capable of accommodating up to 80 people, with an adjoining kitchen. A smaller meeting room, and two WCs.

The accommodation may be extended by the erection of one or two marquees on the car park, which directly abut a hall entrance. Carpet and lighting are available. One Marquee provides 40 square metres of space, the second an additional 32 square metres.
