FIVE WAYS TO WELLBEING ONLINE WORKSHOPS 

Join us for this interactive session to explore the what, why and how of wellbeing. You will be introduced to the Five Ways to Wellbeing as a tool for boosting wellbeing and have the opportunity to create your own action plan to embed the Five Ways into your life.  These workshops will be held on Zoom over 1.5 hours with a break midway. No matter who you are, or your current state of wellbeing, these workshops will be accessible to all.
