Salary: £27,870 fte
Hours: 36.25 hours per week
Position a (full time fixed term for 12 months)

This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading community development charity in Devon. We are increasing our management team and are recruiting for 2 Full Time experienced and motivated Project Managers to help deliver our portfolio of services to Devon’s communities. We would welcome applications from people especially with Community Development, Regeneration and Management backgrounds. Our ideal candidates would have the following experience a) Social Enterprise or business coaching experience (12 month fixed term) and b) Young people, youth employment and social exclusion. An understanding of Health Inequalities in Devon would also be an advantage for either post.
You will need
- Excellent Project Management experience, with a track record of delivering, monitoring and reporting against targets and budgets
- Ability to manage a complex and challenging workload, with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Proven ability to effectively engage and work with local communities
You will play a critical role in supporting us to deliver our mission to inspire and support communities to be thriving, resilient and inclusive.
