NHS Devon Digital Inclusion Delivery Fund 2026/27

Devon Communities Together is pleased to be administering the NHS Devon Digital Inclusion Delivery Fund, which has been established to support voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations to contribute directly to the delivery of the NHS Devon Digital Inclusion Place-Based Delivery Plan 2026.

The fund comprises £85,000 provided by the Integrated Care Board (ICB) to the Torbay, Plymouth and Devon VCSE Assembly, to be managed through the Digital Inclusion Group. This approach ensures that decisions about the use of the funding are rooted in VCSE insight, cross-sector collaboration and the shared priorities identified through the digital inclusion workstream.

Strand 1 – Flagship Delivery Grants
3 grants Up to £15,000

Purpose
Fund larger-scale projects capable of:

• delivering across multiple localities
• reaching significant numbers of residents
• creating sustainable approaches
• supporting multiple organisations
• pilot approaches that can be scaled

Strand 2 – Community Action Grants
8 grants
Up to £5,000

Purpose
Fund grassroots VCSE organisations who have trusted relationships with communities experiencing digital exclusion.
